Our culture drives everything we do.

When we spun off of TerraSense we had an amazing blueprint to work with when it came to creating a culture that not only attracted, but retained its employees. All the cofounders understood burnout first hand and also had a deep appreciate for the creation and radiation of the culture that was created at TerraSense.  It was our job to implement the amazing things that we did at TerraSense from the beginning at CRWN.  We ensure our culture and values radiate throughout the entire organization, through decisions made to policies, to processes from the top down!

No matter if you are the most junior employee or the most senior, our policies actually support our coworkers. Work Life Balance

We stick to Monday-Thursday 10-2 office hours.  The rest is up to you as long as you get your work done!

5+ Weeks Paid Vacation

5 weeks vacation to take throughout the year and an additional week for Christmas shutdown.
